Confidence doesn't happen overnight, stop giving yourself such a hard time, learn how to be mentally kinder to yourself and in turn you will start to feel more confident.
Confidence takes months and years. We were all born confident. We go through life and our confidence begins to drop or decrease, because we get put into boxes. A lot of our confidence disappears based on the boxes that we actually put ourselves in and live in.
Your perception is everything. Perception creates reality. Your perception of yourself is greater than the perception other people have of you. You have to learn how to look at your inner mirror. You have to say thank you for the way I was born for who I am my uniqueness is my power, and I am worthy. I was born worthy and I was born with all the tools I need to become my greatest version.
We are all the same. Don't look up the people don't look down to people see them eye level, because everybody bleeds red. I am good enough. I need to change the perception of myself. Start to say I'm not gonna focus on what other people have, I'm gonna look within and realize I have everything I need and I am worthy to be here. I know I am rich. Realizing I create happiness, and I am worthy.
Realize confidence takes time because confidence is a muscle, you gotta work it, you gotta grow it. You must do something brave once a week, put yourself in that situation you think you cannot handle. Confidence means to trust thyself. Growth happens in discomfort. I have to fave my greatest fear. My greatest fear holds the key to my greatest evolution. Do something that you are afraid of once a week and this is how you grow the confidence muscle, it's going to be uncomfortable, but the more you do it the more you will begin to trust yourself.
Confidence is practice.
Your confidence is linked to the time that you put in to master your craft.
-Confidence comes the moment you have a good relationship with yourslef, you learn how to be alone. We get confident by forming a better relationship with our selves. The more you can get comfortable in your own skin learn how to enjoy your own company learn to how not compete with anyone. Stop comparing yourself to other people that will only make you less confident. You should only be competing with who you were yesterday and loving yourself. Remind yourself, confidence we build it by focusing on ourselves. Focus on where you need to be focus on your own journey and realize nobody is you and that is your power. When you realize that we can never be alone, unless we abandon ourselves it's a wrap. I have to learn to be alone, to find and trust myself. Self acceptance. Love yourself for everything you are and don't hate yourself for everything you're not. Self acceptance grows with self-expression and this in turn grows your self-confidence. Do you accept yourself 100%? Do you love yourself 100%? The moment you do you begin to grow self-confidence. In a practical way, we can love ourselves by going to the place of our greatest power. If you are in an environment which you're not happy being in you will have less confidence because your soul is not happy there, if you are in an environment where your soul is happy you will have more confidence. Your confidence level is dependent on your emotional state. When you experience more positive emotions, you will grow more self-confidence. In your daily routine lies the seeds of your confidence.
Start accepting who you are and start loving who you are and start saying, I don't wanna be anyone else but ME.
I am worthy I am good enough.
Remind yourslef everyone you see is for a different reason and in a different journey then you. You become more confident when you focus on your journey. Do something now that your future self will thank you for. Confidence begins to grow when you realize your journey is a unique journey and your journey is specific to you. When you wake up, you must know your clippers. You must know what you're here to do and you must fulfill the mission. Focus on your journey. Trust yourself because the universe reveals its secrets to people who dare to follow their hearts. In the end, you will be more proud of the things that you did do, then the things you did not do. You gotta practice every single day you gotta face your fears every single day you gotta love yourself except yourself, trust yourself and stop caring what other people think. How you see yourself is all that matters.
