How to Naturally Get Rid of Tinnitus | Dr Alan Mandell, DC

I have had severe Tinnitus for at least 25 or 30 years. Mine is a very high-pitched tone that sounds as if it is mixed with fast-rushing air. At times the volume of the high-pitched wind tunnel in my ears causes what I assume is heightened anxiety. I have learned to somewhat ignore the never-ending noise in my head as best I can or override it with music or other activities that are louder than the tinnitus. The worst is when quietness is required and external ambient sound is not possible. Nighttime when waiting for sleep to come is when a real psychological battle begins testing your willpower to put the noise in the background of your consciousness. Tinnitus is a thief that robs you of the joy of much-needed solitude.

Having shared my thoughts and experiences of the effects of tinnitus I very skeptically watched Dr. Mandell's video and did the exercises that he instructed on this video. I wish that I could shake his hand and humbly express my deepest gratitude face-to-face for offering these simple exercises to help alleviate the constant exasperation of living with tinnitus. The DIY exercises Dr. Mandell has in this video did not completely silence the sound in my ears but it did reduce the high-pitched shrill tone that caused me the most discomfort. As soon as I had completed the video the sounds in my ears were reduced to a low frequency, low volume wind sound tone. I am so grateful that I watched this video. I will keep doing the exercises and hopefully, I will finally have the upper hand on my tinnitus.
Dr. Mandell, it is with a humble and gracious heart that I say thank you. I've seen enough snake oil cures for tinnitus to sink a ship and concluded it could not be helped. For some reason, I decided to see what you had to say and I end here in almost complete silence.

Dr Mandell, can you tell me wat would cause both the sudden onset of this n soreness in right ear like infection, but not? It was ruled out. My left was sore too at first but not as much. Now just right ear. It feels like it's plugged. But Dr says all wax buildup is out.

I've been dealing with this for a few months as well. It was a sudden onset at 3am. I hope I can get rid of it with this.🤔

Wow, that was amazing. I've had tinnitus for over a decade, but this morning it was unbelievably bad. I tell you, something happens when you hit 30. You just fall apart.

Anyway, these exercises brought the tinnitus down to a low whisper rather than the roaring jet engine I woke up with.

It also significantly drain my sinuses. I don't even know how many times I blew my nose or coughed up post nasal drip.

I can’t believe it. I tried this about 24 hours ago, and there is improvement already. I just realized that my ears are ringing at a much lower level, if that makes sense. Amazing!!!

I suffered with tinnitus for a while, for a few months. Not sure if it is coincidence but after I watched this video and did the things as taught in this video, my tinnitus has been much better starting the next day. Incredible. It is so nice to feel quietness again. Thanks you so much

When I first saw this thumbnail I thought oh great another waste of time but it has actually made a tiny bit of difference on my first try so I will keep doing this method and hope to make more improvements to my tinnitus.

I'm trying to finish the video but it's interesting. I keep hearing this ringing music in the back of my head. And I think it's actually coming from the video. How annoying for a video that deals with excess noise or ringing in your ear to have that in the background.

Hi this is the first time I have seen this video and I followed the instructions, I can feel that his technique is working. What a load of nonsense.

Mine came from a counterfeit set of impact sport headphones at a shooting range ( thanks bezos & the former friend who recommended them to me ) it sounds like getting back from a nightclub and going to bed, that ringing that used to go away by the time you woke up is now a 24/7 sound. I suggest against taking a online frequency test because ( believe it or not ) it makes the sound get louder and again its permanent.

I just followed along once with this video and noticed a 50 % improvement immediately.

None of this does crap!
