Forging a skillet for a long time and shows the finished product for 5 seconds.
Makes no sense.

How about showing the finished product longer.
Feels like i wasted 24 minutes for nothing.

You mind if I ask why you choose to do things the way that you do?
There feels like an imbalance between the traditional forging and modern fabrication techniques - for example when you were attaching the mounting point for the handle rivets, you chose to drill the holes instead of punch them

Could one forge weld the handle to a skillet? They always have rivets, and I kind of hate the adulterated surface on the inner pan.

one of these days i need to get me a high carbon steel skillet and see how it compares to my cast iron ;). love my cast iron, also wish i learned blacksmithing specially since we about to go back to the old 1800s sooner or later.
