Too bad there isn't a way to physically shut off the core in the CV (without taking it out) to force the drones to stop firing. Surprised there is no repair bay in the hanger. Great videos, sir.

Reminds me of the O'neill Asgard Battleship from Stargate SG1

3-4 weeks of heavy grinding and 3-4 weeks of heavy building. Now I have something to do for 2 months :D

wow, I've never reached endgame in this game and sadly all the let's plays i see seem to stop before reaching a point in game play like this. At least from the typical variety let's players i sub to. Although ship your using is likely not something i'll ever achieve in normal play, i do hope to get hang of this game enough to explore other star systems in my game and see what endgame is all about!

One thing I don't understand about this ship is how do you get in and out when it's landed on a planet. The hangar bay door is so high that seems impossible to get off the ship safely with anything other than a small ship. Not sure how to park ground vehicles there too. Maybe I'm missing something, am I?

this is one of the most beautiful ships I have ever seen, the attention to detail is second to none using what the game makes available. I really wish I could design ships as beautiful as this and 'realistic' looking in design and function. It would take me at least a year to take it apart and learn from and build something inspired by it.

i envies the skills, i still build boxed no matter how i try to make a ship, i end up adding fake exterior when i am done otherwise it is just a boxed turtle...

Anyone know how to get to different solar systems, I'm a noob and have no clue. Also please give any tips, I've already covered my entire planet and have been to the moon and moons of the other planets

I took a sunseeker against an ARC leviathan.... i barely managed to escape O_O (the nose of my ship was completely gone and the enemy took 0 damage....)

TBH I've effectively given up on Empyrion, but still love to watch Spanj doing his thing.
This video exhibits an awesome degree of skill & knowledge, though this type of size of vessel is WAY too big for the kind of game I like to play. Nevertheless, I think I favour this build over all your others as I really liked the perversely nice design. I think this degree of complexity and sheer size turns the game into more of a career - to spend weeks to acquire the raw materials and keep repairing it after one mission shreds it in less than an hour. Interesting to see this done solo, as I kept thinking a fleet of your mates would be fun, but, again, never really managed to get in amongst a team set up that had everybody at the same sort of level as myself, so I basically played solo forever in favour of not being the lowest monkey on the tree - or waiting for buddies to catch up to my level. What I'd like to see in Empyrion is the facility to send your own robotic ships out to fight for you as a fleet of 'drones' (I suppose).
Anyway, great entertainment and, as always, I salute your talents as a builder, warrior and presenter.

Wow Spanj, Ya out did yourself on this one, Kudos. I spawned it in and did upgrading......plated the front end, upgraded some turrets, put the warp drive in, put the shield generator in. I was planning to put grow plots in when i got time.....This is a BEAST!!!!!!
