What shocking news and so sudden. I am so sorry. I understand how hard it hits when you lose a beloved pet. Take comfort in the knowledge that Lancelot was loved, adored and lived his best life with you and Philip and his family at the Chateau. A tiny dog with a huge personality who touched your hearts.

OMG seeing the title of the blog and having missed a day I feared for the pea chicks or even worse your mum or Percy but not at all thought it would be Lancelot, sat here in tears for you, fellow dog mummy, have only had 3 dogs in my 68 years, it takes time to recover from their passing xx

I have sobbed so much watching this video & feel for you so much as we lost our 15yr old Pwss a few months ago & it hurts every day. People ask "are we going to have another", but really there is no room in our hearts just yet to give, only room to grieve for our lost little ones and to remember the joy our little ones have brought to our lives. God bless you Steff & Phillip, in time, you will want to share your love with another little one but not just yet. RIP Little Lancellot. Xx

Such a tiny special little dog with the heart of a lion and so filled with love for you both. He will never be forgotten and will have his space at La Londe forever along the paths he walked with you both. He was such a happy joyful little soul and everyone loved him. Stephanie, we lost our cutest nicest little spits last month. He was a purebred and had a collapsed trachea from birth. He was monitored and on drugs for breathing issues and he had to had a stent put in his trachea a couple of months ago and unfortunately, he developed a very rear condition And he couldn’t breathe. We had to put him to sleep. I am with you and I feel for you. It is a traumatic experience. We decided to rescue a dog from the SPA. It will never replace our little chocolate, but we are pleased. We could give love to an abandoned dog.
