How many sets are we seeing here? Usually interval sets dont last more than 5 to 10 but i see entire 1 hr intervals? Is this correct?

I can’t count the number of times I have done this workout at the gym but that guy ahead of the camera in the first half is bad. Jumps to a big gear in front……pulls a gap……pulls over. Sheeesh.

Cycling I do to head to work which is 15 miles off And come and going , Day to day and over the weekends much more 45/50km Sat/Sund .

To be sure bike must be quite good to face the Hills etc.....

Btw cycling would be better than a gym, Some 16 yrs I dig it 😎

Super video. Followed this video on a set of Tacx rollers. Usually can't manage more than 45 minutes due to not being able to get out of the perch. This is longest roller sesh in 15 years with a bit extra added due to ad breaks. Proper winter workout here in a snowy UK.
