InterServer Web Hosting - A Hidden Gem Of Hosting?

These guys respond after 10hrs,they are so slow and something simple as pointing domain to their hosting will frustrate you so bad

Hot Garbage. Outdated documentation and customer support is useless. You get what you pay for. Looked promising for the money. They even still have a login with Google+ option on their login form and just about all the documentation is from 2015. There is no money back guarantee. I paid 30 for vps to try out and it was a mess and I'm not getting the money back. Tried installing cyberpanel and got multiple errors. This process is smoother and easier at Vultr or Linode which have been top notch in my experience. They are quite a bit pricier but you can't put a price tag on a piece of mind.

They did give a refund so it's worth trying them

Scamer on main page prices says there cpanel include then when u pay it there no cpanel you need to pay another one for cpanel , stay aaway from them

Most of the thing on their website is just a lie, it takes 2-3 days for orders delivery, they don't deliver what you purchase you need to ask for 5 times, average response time is 10-15 hours, 10 gbit network comes with 50-100mbit upload not consistent stay away if you are running a business

Your customer service is too bad. They serve poorly and are not friendly at all. Even when you don't understand them, they get frustrated, even offend you for not understanding them.

Hi Chase ! I would be helpful to know the performance of the Interserver Boost plans, I hope their performance is way better than the standard plan ?
Doe the Boost plans have fast ttfb speed around 200ms and fast page load?

I switched from interserver after several years (of a lot of down time). The biggest issue that took all my sites down was when the completely overhauled their cPanel without any notice. All my domains (and files) disappeared. It took them over a week to get it back to where it was (old cPanel was re-established). While they offer cheap shared hosting, I found I could not run a business with the incredibly lousy downtime. They usually fix things, at their own pace. So, I moved all my domains to another hosting provider and only use interserver for their storage hosting and use my remaining sites as a dev environment. Just saying, buyer, beware. If you only have one simple site to launch and maintain, go for it.

Big lies, don't try to waste your money on this, if they a possibility I would have shown you guys screenshot of my chat with them and they have worse hosting especially for ecommerce, try to message them as a registered member you will see a yellow notification stating this Your spot is #3 (Estimated wait time: about 1 hour) you see. who on earth will wait for customer service for an hour when your site is down. buy hosting for 0ne year and immediately after 6 months your site will be going on and off every 7 hours. trust me these guys are making these videos for their commissions and not for what the hostings offer.
