Ya know this is all cool and dandy what he's saying. It makes sense. But truthfully if you battle with yourself you have demons. An evil spirit lingering inside you. The best solution is prayer for deliverance of those evil spirits preventing you from living. Accepting Yahusha Hamashiach as lord and savior. And also learning something Abt yourself. If you have dreams and aspirations really go deep within to uncover what is preventing you. Being honest and open with god and yourself is the ultimate and only way to deliverance and living life to the fullest. Also reading the bible. They use science to take your mind off the fact there is a living God and living demons who need bodies to thrive
