It is very nice for us that you like our food. But I ask you not to name some dishes with the dishes of other countries. Because although pizza and pita are similar, they are different, we cannot say Turkish pizza. The dough is different, the ingredients are different.

Since the video is in English, I didn't understand much, but I see that you like Istanbul and its food. I want to improve my English, but I hesitate to talk to tourists. So I'm ashamed. There is a fear of speaking wrong. In Istanbul, in Sultanahmet, I will write "please talk to me in English for only 1 minute, I need to overcome my fear" on the cardboard and wait for the tourists to talk to me :) I hope someone will speak. I wish I had a foreign friend like Mehmet. It would be easier.

Note: I used google translate, forgive me if I made a mistake ;)

Latif seems like an incredibly knowledgeable person, and very humble about it. Thanks for the recommendation.

90% of Turkey is not Muslim. A Muslim is accepted only because it says Muslim on ID cards. Non-believers like me also have a Muslim on their ID. You can remove it by applying to the population directorate, but nobody wants to deal with it either. People who go to Fatih think that this is the case in general, because of the existence of large sects in regions like Fatih, where historical structures are abundant. What bothers me is that Turkey has a deep and cosmopolitan culture. Turkish culture existed before Islam. Tourists can learn about Arab culture just by visiting Fatih. Many empires were established on the territory of present Turkey. Therefore, it contains thousands of historical ruins.
