I'm sorry with the amount of ocean that is charted. You can't say what the 100% certainty that the mega is done. Don't still exist, so why present that?

There are still megalodons, but they're trapped under a thermal layer in the Marianas Trench... I saw it in a movie.

But yet we have no idea what creatures are in the oceans LIVING RIGHT NOW. Like the scariest thing ever could be down there right now and we have no idea
