In CARE-II, Scopus is very well explained, but I have some doubt about Web of Science of CARE List-II.

For example can you please tell me wheather the following journal is in CARE LIST-II (web of science):

the site never open no response on email what sort ugc is no private journals are reconised they want unversity journal only. when we have have large no od subscriber even then it is removed.
how can we do the change in society when we the reconised journals are removed.
