ОтветитьJust putting this out there for those who have tried everything, what worked for me was cinnamon powder mixed in lemon juice and washing it off after however long you can tolerate. Stung pretty bad, I stopped applying it after six months or so and my acne never came back quite as bad. Still get the occasional pimple or two but is is much more manageable. Don't try this unless your desperate it stings real bad at the start. To start apply just a little bit of cinnamon and increase slowly. It's an extreme exfoliant so probably shouldn't continue indefinitely. I am also unaware if the decrease in pimples afterwards were due to this or something else. Started with a frequency of once every two or three days.

ОтветитьPeople who have acne I notice it’s 10% skincare and 90% diet because when u look at a diet of someone with acne it’s obvious they either consume too much refined carbs or sugar and not enough protein and b vitamins.
I know because I used to have acne and I ate a lot of fruit and vegetables but still had it because I wasn’t eating enough eggs and meat. Now I eat tuna, steak, pork, lamb and eggs everyday and even lots of dairy and make sure to get plenty of sun and my skin is clear as glass, im barely recognisable.
My dermatologist put me on a keto diet and this is what i ate:
- eggs for zinc, vitamin A and D
- almonds for vitamin E
- tuna for vitamin d, a, b3 and zinc
- beef for vitamin b3 and zinc
And I swapped out quick carbs for fortified whole grain cereals, avocados and apples
I did take probiotics, I had yogurt stil had dairy dairy is important for bones and drank kombucha
Hi there may i know when do u exercise during acne days? And do u wash your face after exercise. Cuz I exercise in the acternoon but i only wash my face in the morning and at night

ОтветитьI like that your not promoting expensive hard to acquire foods but are using foods that anyone can get in their local grocery and affordably so. Being on a fixed income i personally cannot afford a lot of things (bad enough i have reactions to most beauty and skincare products and the ones i don’t react to aren’t exactly cheap) lol i live that your videos are mostly accessible solutions for ANY budget thank you for all that you do Im so glad I stumbled onto your channel

But it keeps coming back should i start it again.
Mentally this acne has taken a part of my life. Growing up I have always been picked on by my family and friends because of my acne, this caused me to live with a very low self of steam. Most days I keep a hoodie on because I don’t like being seen it’s really tuff man and I’m mentally drained of having this. I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. Yet seeing your videos has inspired me to see a dermatologist. I’m a senior in high school and honestly I just want to have a clear of enough face to take my graduation pictures.I’m not sure if pills will work after all I’ve tried every topical gel there is. Thankyou for letting me know I’m not alone it keeps me pushing another day 😔

as a grandmother, let me pass on some advice for your followers who have acne. Dot each pimple with toothpaste and sleep on it for the night. The next morning your blemishes will start drying up but your skin will appear reddish from the inflammation. Put some castor oil on the redness for a few minutes then wash your face well. Castor oil reduces inflammation. The next night, beat a raw egg yolk and spread it all over your face. Sleep on it like a mask. the next morning the blemishes will be showing much more progress in clearing up. Repeat these steps until you have the results you want.

ОтветитьI have been eating all these fruits and vegetables for three months now, I have not eaten any processed food. I mean, I have come to a point where I feel, I am afraid of food now, cause I have become paranoid that this food might cause acne or that food might… I am seriously going mad over here. Nothing seems to be working.. 😭 I am in a really REALLY dark place. I have been eating Zinc, vitaminA, E, B-complex, along with lymecycline … for three months. No luck… I feel like givin up. I think I am stuck with acne. And oh my god, how depressing it is sometimes… I feel so under the rock.. :(
