Can I please ask, as do not understand one aspect. If a bridging loan was the funding of this, those must been some pretty good conditions there, as in my head BL is a short term, high interest, so I am confused how this property is not sold but rented.

on my valuation, for mortgage purposes, it says residential element greater than 40 % what does it mean any idea

How does everyone Buy Refurbish Refinance when you are tied into a fixed rate mortgage etc it's not a quick process some people make it out to be???

I don't get this So Samuel said she only had lean £15.000 into this property and she said they bought the house for £170.000 and done £60.000 worth of renovation, I don't get it.

Do lenders view SA the same as regular AST tenants when considering refinancing mortgage? Or does it only matter what they think potential rental is?
