Do we get as much RDRP as the target protein after amplification and translation?

So can saRNA self-replicate multiple times to form complex cell components? Has it happened before? If yes, a reference would be helpful please.

Why has it be chosen to use the mRNA to manufacture virus-antigen in the human body rather than in a lab cell culture where the antigen would be harvested for use in a vaccine so to be used to provide a more traditional delivery of antigen to the body?

So the 'replication machine' may also engage other mRNA in the cell; making more copies of various mRNA that happen to be available in the cell.

What if something goes horibly wrong, how does one revereses the damage and stops the spread to other individuals?
