ОтветитьTeam Trident has a special place in my heart. It was my middle brothers first assignment as a air crewmen. Although my Aviation career went a different path it was him that got me into Aviation. His tours of the aircraft, and air shows enlightened me the Aviation field and I also learned that there is way more to Aviation than pilots, crew members and mechanics. VP26 was the first squadron to arrive at BNAS and the last to leave...living in southern Maine and him stationed there got to be known as NAS Backyard..
ОтветитьNice... but can it land on an aircraft carrier...
ОтветитьSurprising that only 30 comments are posted as of December 29th 2019. That was a quick and fast update on the Poseidon, great video.
ОтветитьHow are the buoys retrieved? That’s a cool mission
ОтветитьThankfully the Navy didn't upgrade to max8's.
ОтветитьGreat airplane.
Ответить😍😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьHaha i Bet he got so much shit for this.
ОтветитьLast time I saw a VP-26 video it was the P-3C era. My middle brother was a AO crewman in early 80’s. You could say I got my start in Aviation courtesy of “Team Trident”.
ОтветитьFlew in the P2V-7 Neptune in the 60's and recently retired from the company that builds the electronic bay chiller for the P8. What a slick ASW platform the P8 is - do you have drink service :) ?
ОтветитьI saw the TACCO smirk when the pilot referred to himself as the "head coach" haha. That much hasn't changed from P-3s. Great video and looks like a badass ASW/ASUW platform!
Ответитьnice
ОтветитьI bet they feel better when they drop a buoy in the morning...
ОтветитьStewardess, please bring me a Jack and Coke.
ОтветитьNo explosives CADs huh?
ОтветитьSS-3 on P-3C in the 70's...Good times!
Ответитьclean
ОтветитьAre there flight engineers in p8 aircraft
ОтветитьHey, I just checked in to this squadron. Team Tridents
ОтветитьHai
Capten
thank you for helping Indonesia in finding submarines
ОтветитьI toured the plane when it was empty 👍👍🤛🤛⚓️
Ответить⚓️👍👍 Thanks ! 🤛🤛⚓️
ОтветитьWeaponry of the P 8 is still secret? How they know where to drop their sonobuoys? (No MAD system).
ОтветитьThis guy sounds like a novice! Who in their right mind would release a video like this? He sounds like he's talking to kindergarteners... this must be parody🙄
ОтветитьI flew on P3-C's back in 1973-76. I was an AW, sensor 1&2, crossed trained to sensor 3. I like the arrangement of the aircraft for the crew. One big question though, does the newest member of the crew still have to empty the tube urinal???? Ah, the memories.
ОтветитьNorge har bestilt 5 av disse flyene. Det første kom i går. Veldig fint fly.
ОтветитьWhere’s the galley?
ОтветитьEvery day, peaceful Ukrainians die from the weapons of the Russian occupiers, and about 50 children have already died. Today the occupiers fired on a maternity hospital in Mariupol.
ОтветитьI'd rather be bouncing around at 200 feet above the water onboard a P3-C Orion any day. Hunting subs at 30,000 feet? Please!
ОтветитьFormer VP-26 from '78 to '81. Logged 1400 hours as a SS3. Noticed your patch. Would have liked to see more. Where's the galley? Where's the head? Where are the bunks?
ОтветитьI flew as Aircrewman with VP-18 out of NASJAX on the Lockheed P2V-7 back in the '60's.
This aircraft is much more aircrew supportive.
It's an old Boeing 737 nothing more or less.
