I can't understand how people like this game more than Callisto Protocol. Callisto Protocol on Xbox series X is a masterpiece. Envirorment, sounds, voices, character, enemies, weapons, ultra realistic. all weapons carried can be seen on the character. The way Jacob Lee walks... Everything is a masterpiece. This game doesn't even have a melee weapon. The way he walks is just disturbing. And always same enemies? 🤔

i dont like how isaac has no reactions to the first horror scene - he should be going frantic both physically and verbally, these are literal monsters killing your crew. but otherwise amazing game

The decision for Isaac to have dialogue and even take over certain lines of dialogue from others was a bad call.

It takes away from the atmosphere of the game. Dead Space 1 was designed for a Silent Protagonist, not a chatty one.

Plus they changed Nicole to be ugly and made Isaac look just plain wrong. Kendra is uglier too now with a big fat nose. They also showed Isaac's face off way too easily.

NEWSFLASH, stop changing the character model's heads to resemble the voice actor; Its fucking stupid and distracting.

Hopefully the gameplay is better.

Be for warned, the ADS cannon part is way different from the original version and is much harder.

Nicole looks older in remake version than original.
Doesn’t know whether the poor visual quality of original or the do this intentionally in remake version.

PS5 doesn't support Ray tracing lol. Ray tracing for on;ly PC Nvidia RTX 40 and 30.

Gotta admit I don’t like the new voice acting for the secondary characters. The performances for Kendra and Hammond seem really flat. They don’t feel like they’re stressed out at all by the situation. There’s no tension or hostility between the two like there was in the original

The graphics are crazy!

The necro animations is still hot garbage enemies still gliding of the floor and the weapons lack impact especially the plasma cutter there's no push back. When the necromorphs get shot they tend move backwards when they take shots here they just stand in one position also the blood is not as splattery as the original just blood blobs.

You guys remember when you use to scrool trough the old UI screen in the first game the soundtrack would get intense.

My only nitpick complaint is that I wish they would have added hand animations for touching screens/pushing buttons. That's something small they could have added without altering the original game too much.

The only thing I didn’t like was the plasma cutter sound. It used to be much more impactful sounding.

I would love if in NG++ there were instead killer clowns from outer space. All of this was caused by a balloon animal twisted by Mr. Robert Gray. Alternative ending: "We all float..err.. up here. Around here. In a vacuum of space Issac, connect the dots man you're an engineer."
