Magical and very sad movie . But 'they' want humans to be less human and robots or ai to be more human. Truth is stranger than fiction .

This is my favourite film ever, some people don't recognise a masterpiece when they see it. The film is so emotionally stimulating and unique. HJO is one of the greatest actors ever, up there with Braeden Le Masters in lines in the sand episode of house, worth a watch.

I wasn’t even at the verge of crying when watching “The Champ” and Boy with the striped pajamas but this movie really did it

Ok just watched this again first time since being an adult and I cried my eyes out through most of it, baring in mind I don’t normally cry from films.. what a fantastic but sad film. Hugely underrated

I had never seen The Stepford Wives (1975) until the other day. Yesterday I rewatched AI and was struck by how much David's "parents" reminded me of the central couple in SW.

I have a thing for SF characters that are robots, androids or talking computers and Gigolo Joe is one of my favourites. The Pinocchio thing gets done to death cough*Data*cough it was refreshing to see an AI that WASN'T interested in being more human.
