One thing I found out recently for that particular watch tower. The turret doesn't point directly at the console. So if you come up right underneath the turret, you can sneak in and disable the console.

You have to use the batmobile like that to solve some of the riddler puzzles.

Tbf, a lot of players might not have used their Batmobile like this purely because it's slower and less efficient figuring out how to incorporate it into a predator encounter that doesn't require it 🤷‍♂️
