ОтветитьFirst off, great video! I totally think you should monetize your videos with advertisements. However, choosing the plan that forces watchers to get up and actually push a button to skip or end rather than one that goes back to the video automatically once completed is a deterrent for me personally. Something to think about. 😊

ОтветитьI absolutely loved this and needed it so badly! I can feel my body stiffening, and I know that means mobility issues and aging, but because I do have some physical challenges, I needed a gentle way to get moving again. This. Was. It! I felt so much better afterward. Thank you!

ОтветитьToday makes week 4 of me doing these stretches and they have helped me sooo much!! Not just to keep my body fluid but also to help me against getting injured from workouts. I do this up to 3x a day if needed. It’s amazing. Thank you so much for this video and all the others you do!!

Thank you for this routine, and the other beginners Pilates routines you offer. I don't get to the gym for Pilates classes anymore, since I went back to work full-time. I now work in a little Pilates every day, in addition to my walking regiment. I've list 95 lbs, and I've kept it off, through diet and exercise, mostly walking and Pilates. Your routines are terrific!

ОтветитьI have depression and deal with a lot of anxiety issues.
When I have panic attacks, I can faint, convulse or become paralyzed, with stiff muscles and unable to speak. It caused me a lot of emotional and physical pain.
I was always afraid of the gym environment and I find it difficult to leave the house. I put college on hold and only go out to see a psychologist.
This stretching calmed me down at the beginning of a crisis. It soothed me so much that I almost fell asleep.
Controlling my breathing and movements, I forgot about fear.

This video helped me so much especially because I need to stretch for a lot of my ice skating tricks like the forwards spiral and a lot of other tricks I can’t think of at the moment. Thank you so much!

ОтветитьStarted doing this routine 8 days ago, with an aim to doing some stretching every day , I’m usually really bad at continuing things for more than a couple of days, but right now I need to really start working on my physical strength and mobility. I’ve done it every morning now for 8 days! Doesn’t sound like much , but it’s a huge start for me.
I turn 60 this year and really do need to get myself in shape physically and mentally. This routine has been great! I’ve felt really good this last week, and am already noticing a difference in my mobility.
It must be due to doing this each morning, and the bonus is I’m actually enjoying it. 👍🏻🎉.
Had my bloods done a couple of weeks ago and I am in the pre diabetes category 😢 so I definitely need to start taking care of my overall health.
Kicking the sugar is the next big challenge ❌🍪🍫🍰🥺😢

ОтветитьI really love this video ! I have really tight neck and shoulders . I have degenerative osteoarthritis and a lot of pain and stiffness goes along with it unfortunately . But I find these stretching routines really do help a lot . Ty for your wonderful routines ! They're great and I will recommend them to my friends !
