Greetings from Canada! Thank you so much for posting this concert, I will return to this video many times. This is a wonderful orchestra, magnificent conducting by Maestro Boreyko, and the amazing violin-playing by Clara-Jumi Madame Kang sets a new standard for performance, an inspiration for all violinists. Bravo!

Philharmonic Orchestra performing again, since I watched a performance held at the Fine Art Centre at Amherst in Massachusetts some 40 years ago, especially this time with the wonderful performance of Ms. Clara-Jumi Kang, listening to my favorite violin conceto.

I only now came across this, and my first reaction is that this is the greatest violinist i've ever heard in my life, at least for this concerto.
(Actually, not the greatest in passion and awesome depth. But great in beauty).

I just played with Clara the same concerto in Bucharest - she was AMAZING.
Made everyone in the audience stop breathing

A Master Class in all of the disciplines. This is how it is done. The flawless orchestra and conductor were at their best. Ms Kang played with enormous passion and skill. I have never seen comparable camera work on this venu, and the sound is excellent. Bravissimo!!

오늘은 다섯번째 듣고 있는데 아무리 들어도 하이패츠를 넘어서는 연주로 들립니다. 한참 예전의 연주라서 해원님 스스로도 별 의미 없게 생각하실지 모르겠으나 제 생각에는 이 연주는 역사에 남아야 하지 않겠나 생각 됩니다. 바이올린계의 대가들이 무의미하다는 평가를 할 수도 있겠지만 저의 귀로 듣는 범위에서는 알려져 있는 세계 최고 연주자들보다 더 완전한 연주라고 판단됩니다. 이 연주에서는 비록 약간의 연주 오류가 있기는 하지만 그보다 더 큰 오류들이 장영주, 하이패츠의 연주에서도 들린다고 생각됩니다. 해원님이 이제는 그 때처럼 연주가 안된다 하더라도 이 동영상 연주의 가치는 평가되고 기록되어야 한다고 생각합니다. 저의 판단에 오류가 있을 수도 있기 때문에 이 동영상을 거의 100번은 들은 것 같습니다. 그런데도 지금 이런 결론을 내릴 수 밖에 없습니다
