I love your workouts. I just travel a lot so I prefer high impact without using props. My props are just not heavy enough (bottles etc)…

ОтветитьLove how simple and effective this workout was. Also appreciate that you do three reps. So many videos are no repeat moves and while those are nice sometimes if you don’t have the attention span , I don’t know if they are as effective at building muscle as good old fashioned reps of 3.

ОтветитьLove the structure. Doing the same exercise 3 times really helps get the form right and by the last round the targeted muscles are really buring.

ОтветитьI love the instruction on body form. The simple tweaks really help to target where you're actually working out. Bit too simple for what I'm looking for but it's always a refresher to go back to basics and really focus on form!
