When PoE is Streamed an in HD it looks cool, but when I play it?.... Naww even on my computer it never looks as smooth

So why does the fog go away suddenly? There's no timers and he didn't back track. All he did was stop to kill a very hard Delirium mob, Does this mean we can't stop at all, even though theres designed tough mobs?
