Finance and Business books have been so helpful. I’m 55 and my wife 50 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer putting blames on FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the stock market made it possible for us this early, even till now we earn weekly.

Don’t put money in a house? Where do I put my wife and kid? Can we shack up in your garage while I save on mortgage and build my brand? You have to pay for shelter. You can rent, which is throwing money away. Or you can buy and sell the house if worse comes to worst. What you cannot do is say im magically going to have a shelter and put the money for shelter in a brand.
