When you sell something like that as collection instead of individually then you lose lots and lots of cash...If that dude would start going in that same shop on regular basis and selling one piece at the time then by default he would ended up with way more cash , selling stuff for 2 thirds of retail price or what you could get in auction is ordinary thing in there ... it`s literaly the most simple salesman hack there is.

so let`s do math : the expert said that one random box retail price was 63 bucks so that means that the guy could get 40 for that box alone easily ,now lets assume that 63 bucks is average value for each item ,we have 133 pieces so we get the total cash amount he could get from that same shop at : 5320 bucks... and if sold at auction piece by piece(not as collection ) he would have ended up with 8000-20%=6400 bucks
