ОтветитьWow normally ted x talks don’t make any sense, but this was amazing 🩷🎉
ОтветитьI’m 11 minutes in and still have not received one ounce of advice about how to manage (or stop) my burnout.

ОтветитьWelcome to Scandinavia with all these suggestions which already exist. Also vote for people like Bernie Sanders =)
ОтветитьI do agree with this message. although it seems a little to much about women men deal with just as much burnout.
ОтветитьJesus Christ enough with the woke bs. Waaaaaahh women aren’t represented waaaahhhhhhhh
ОтветитьWe have the shared mission to change a mother's life to save their child's future. So eloquently spoken and such great solutions shared!
ОтветитьTen minutes in and zero insights on preventing burnout.
Ответитьmen also get burned out too, also this talk doesnt apply to the general population and there were no tips on burnout, so the title is super misleading. I dont think this is generalized to the entire population.
ОтветитьBlowtorched to perfection on the outside. Great point.
ОтветитьA wonderful talk, thank you so much for sharing your story, Dr. 💫
Ответить"If you address the causes of burnout, you remove the costly loss of talent" LOVE this quote. This TEDx talk helped me think more proactively about how I lead my team.
ОтветитьChills throughout this powerful presentation. The statistics are so disturbing. Thank you for your call to action to help women and mothers get the support and help they so desperately need. The Baked Alaska reference is brilliant - needing to protect the what's at our heart and 'being torched to perfection' on the outside! thank you for your tremendous work.
ОтветитьThank you for being so honest and vulnerable. ❤️
ОтветитьIndra Nooyi has implemented some of this at PepsiCo. Very sad to know that a developed country as America still has so more to do for women.
