Another good tip .to remember: always start in the middle. Dont always follow logical sequence learn parts in adifferent order.

Dr Lilla, you didn't guide me regarding my previous comments. But I am not sure, whether my comments or communication is released online at the same time as I send from my device. Anyhow my question is. Does brain ever forgets any data coming because it seems contradictory to sleep. Iam not talking about application of such stuff but just basic question does brain forget forever and what about computer hard disk. Regards

Actually, I'm in my 40s and I have better focus and memory than in my 20s and now I read faster than ever before, which is maybe due to the practice (repetition).
