Thank you Chef RV. I tried your recipe of Donut and I am glad that the dough is soft and easy to knead. Surprisingly, the dough was easily shaped by my son aged 9 yrs. old because we always watch you. The taste is the same with my former recipe but the technique you shared helped me a lot to improve it. The recipe need no adjustment. Thanks again.
