Sikhs in Punjab are converting to Christianity at very rapid pace . Is this concerning to you guys?. Is Sikhism is not solution to their problem? Is Sikhism failing against Christianity ?

Your definition of waheguru is incorrect. You are equating it with the definition of God. None of the gurus even used the term waheguru. It was only used by bhatts to praise the guru. Please tell me where else in the Guru Granth Sahib the waheguru term is used. Another point is that bhulan andar saab ko abhul guru kartar - meaning everybody in this world can make a mistake except the gurus and God. Why was there a difference made here between the guru and god then?

Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji states in various angs there is no difference between the Waheguru Ji and Guru Sahib including; jot roop har aap guroo naanak kahaa-ya-o.
The Embodiment of Light, the Lord Himself is called Guru Nanak. SGGS Ang 1408

gur naanak dayv govind roop. ||8||1||
Guru Nanak Dayv is the Embodiment of the Lord of the Universe. 1192

har gur moorat aykaa vartai naanak har gur bhaa-i-aa.
The Lord and the Guru are pervading in one form. O Nanak, the Lord loves the Guru.  SGGS Ang 1043

doojaa nahee jaanai ko-ay.
Let no one think that God and Guru are separate.
satgur niranjan so-ay.
The True Guru is the Immaculate Lord.
maanukh kaa kar roop na jaan.
Do not believe that He is a mere human being;
milee nimaanay maan. ||2||
He gives honor to the dishonored. ||2||
gur kee har tayk tikaa-ay.
Hold tight to the Support of the Guru, the Lord.
avar aasaa sabh laahi.
Give up all other hopes.
Har kaa naam maag niDhaan.
Ask for the treasure of the Name of the Lord,
taa dargeh paavahi maan.
and then you shall be honored in the Court of the Lord. SGGS Ang 895

naanak gur paarbarahm jaa kee keem na paa-ee. ||4||1||19||
O Nanak, the Guru is the Supreme Lord God; His value cannot be estimated. SGGS Ang 1270

satgur jayvad avar na ko-ay.
No one else is as great as the True Guru.
gur paarbarahm parmaysar so-ay.
The Guru is the Supreme Lord, the Transcendent Lord God. SGGS Ang 1271

Doesn't this sum up that God free from Birth..(Ajooni) however the Guru Ji's 🙏 took Birth, did they not?

I read sant maskeen ji’s book about meditation on naam, and after reading it seems Guru and Waheguru are different. Can u give me any reference from Giani maskeen ji about the equivalence of Guru and Waheguru.

Really good channel and I am a true lover of Guru Nanak Ji and Guro Gobind Singh Ji(as I have just read about them so far.)

We are all part and parcels of God.
Both Guru Nanak ji and Guru Gobind Singh ji were humans. There were humans but were true Gurus as for them the pain of other people was their own pain.
Because of these types of questions, we get deviated from the core teachings. It doesn't matter if someone treats them as god or humans, what matters is, can someone really practice their true simplest teaching like sacha sauda, standing and fighting for the truth +..........

You are doing a great job brother, I watch most of your videos and have very high respect for your content. We don't need to agree always :-)

Hum Ko normally refers to urself , Aap Ko refers to others as well

So if the line was Jo Aap Ko parmeshar that really fits in with the translation being put forward in the video

But then why is God (waheguru) referred to as third person in sri guru granth sahib. Our gurus refer to God as “O wonderful Lord, You are the destroyer of sins” The light of waheguru and guru is same . Is there any link ( sikhwiki or sikhnet) which throws light on this topic . I want to read more about it.

But I have listened that Guru Nanak Dev Ji , Guru Arjan Dev Ji and Guru Gobind Singh Ji did not leave their bodies .Most of the people know that when blanket was removed , there were flowers instead of Guru Nanak Dev Ji , Guru Arjan Dev Ji went to Ravi river and disappeared in it as light absorbed into the light of god . Jahangir asked and sent swimmers to search and they searched completely but were completely failed to find. Guru Gobind Singh Ji went inside the tent and all have seen what happened as in film chaar sahibzaade 2. Where as other gurus left their body by their wish and their bodies were provided to fire (agan bhed as a mark of respect) . Is this true ?

Basics of Sikhi, I need help. My daughter (18) asked yesterday that she wants to start understanding Guru Granth Sahib ji and if there was translated version that she would understand. While i felt blessed and elated, I don’t think such a resource is out there. Bhai Jagraj videos are treasure for me but youth might like the quick/easy/fun explanations in the form of videos above. What hurt me was, she said she was leaning towards Christianity because they have such easy, cool quotes and explanations in social media (tik tok etc). Hath jod ke benti to the team - seriously think about this as other youth might be in the same boat 🙏🙏🙏

"Sikhism" show videos from non Sikhs explaining sikhi....like cogito or Khan academy etc
Can something be done about this?

To experience Oneness with the Lord is very hard and rare, almost impossible, no one can experience unless by the Grace of the Lord with the Sat. Guru manifests to us with right knowledge. Therefore the Quran warns all the mankind telling people that they are all the servants of the Lord. Jesus is not the son of God because Allah neither beget nor born. Allah never has any sons or daughters. All the creatures are the servants of Allah only. All the prophets, all the messagers of Allah are His servants. I find the SGGS does not violate any teaching in the Quran even without a tiny bit. Guru Nanak never says he is the Lord nor he is the God in SGGS. This humbleness is the real sign of the Messengers of Allah told in the Quran and Prophet Muhammad. To be humble to the Truth is the only virtue saving us from all the calamities. Any charlatans Allah tells us in the Quran that they would cheat people to worship them as God instead of knowing the Truth, the Oneness. People will deny the One Lord and worship them only. They are all fake prophets coming to deceive people making them full of pride and ego.

Prophet Muhammad is the Guru for muslims but most Muslims know nothing about him because to study about the Prophet Muhammad is not easy traditionally because scholars keep the hadiths into many volumes most laymen unable to study well.
Prophet Muhammad tells his companions to love him more than themselves, then they can be near Allah. In the Quran, Allah also tells people that if they worship and obey Allah, they should follow His messengers, all the rightful servants without discrimination. No real prophet would say he or she is God and tell people to worship them. To experience God as the Oneness without you and me is the Truth, only very few can attain. Prophet Muhammad also tells us this stage when your eyes become the eyes of Allah, your ears become the ears of Allah, your hands become the hands of Allah, your feet become the feet of Allah. Your mind becomes the mind of Allah. But how many people can attain this stage? Very rare. So most people deny this stage and will never know this stage of Oneness, you and Allah become One only.

I was thinking about this like 2 days ago. My uncle sent me a message about that one line Guru Gobind Singh Ji said with the translation of 'those who call me god will go to hell' and i was puzzled because i always felt like our gurus were god themselves for they were perfect . Thank you for making this video and clearing up any misconception i had .
