Let us know how may we assist you?
ОтветитьWould make a lot of sense to include the download instructions in the email sent from Connected Drive. Have had to Google this a couple of times now before finding the update link on the website.
Ответитьce n'est marche pas sur btw gran tourer
ОтветитьDoes the app copy the data over ? I have a massive file and Fat32 max file size is 4GB
ОтветитьSorry, but this video is a no go: completely oudated, mainly marketing bs, no help what to do in the car with the USB stick.
ОтветитьThis is false!! i have an active subscription that expires tommorow and I dont have any option to update, download or any similar procedure to update the maps. and its a paid subscription. Its just shameful to advertise and sell products that are not like this video shows!
ОтветитьThe website does not have these options anymore and map updates appear to not be accessible at all from the site.
ОтветитьThe BMW website looks nothing like what is shown in the video, nor is there any clear way to access map updates.
ОтветитьWhy do you have a narrator with a British accent? Why not a German accent? This makes no marketing sense.
ОтветитьI have a 2018 version of maps ínstalled in my vehicule but in the download manager appear a 2015 version for my car
ОтветитьRemote Cockpit is no longer there as a feature, which makes this video obsolete. Would recommend removing it as it just makes confusion.
Ответитьfuck you greedy fucks charging for map updates
ОтветитьIs this still possible. Can’t find anything on the website.
ОтветитьMy Garmin Sat Nav offers free lifetime Map updates, I’m becoming rather disenchanted with BMWs avarice and greed. For once can they treat their customers with decency and respect rather than a cash cow to be forever milked i.e. exploited at every opportunity.
The BMW App uses about 1.5MBs of data per hour, expensive in Europe when roaming ceases and would use my data allowance in 5 days.
I don’t get why we need to use USBs in 2020, downloading via wifi? 5g? Have you thought about these options?
ОтветитьGratis?
Ответитьhey there BMW, just wondering if 128GB FAT32 will work? thanks!
ОтветитьBrazil does not have any of this features... Really sad
ОтветитьFAT32 64GB flash drive?
Why put a circle over the Apple logo on the laptop lid then show the man clicking the mac button in the software?
Who edits this stuff?
Agreed. Just paid 50gs almost for suv and now find out it doesn’t include updated maps. Wow
ОтветитьI wonder whose coming here to like this vidoe. His should be the most disliked or hated video of all times!
ОтветитьKind of weird that you need to pay to get an updated map in 2020. That will end up with the death of the nav car system in favor of just using a smartphone. AKA Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, etc etc etc
ОтветитьYou should be ashamed that you ask money for such an antiquated system that needs to be updated so often and that your software still has problems downloading. Everything else that uses sat nav technology updates automatically ie mob phones and has for the last 15 yrs + but the car industry has another window opening to continue making money off the public purposely installing antiquated systems. Maybe they should not incorporate the price of the sat nav in the purchase price of a new car bc you are fundamentally getting the framework of a sat nav system.
ОтветитьIf only the Mac version would work... it's terrible software. Every single time I get the message: "The BMW Download Manager could not be launched. Please reinstall the application. Should the error occur again, please contact the ConnectedDrive Support"
Contacting support is a waste of time. So... "How can we help?" By writing better software that doesn't require Java or any other rubbish scripting.
This is silk. 99 years then we get cyberpunk cars
