I'm 7 years postpartum and I still have an inch apart in my belly. I've healed the rest of my Diastasi except this part. I'm trying out your workouts. I'm glad to find your channel that combines that sensitivity to those of us who can do plates and do it right because we have Diastasi. I wish I have found your channel sooner! Is this workout safe if your suffering from SPD post partum ? My dr didn’t really give me much guidance at all as to what to do with SPD but I have extreme excruciating pain at night time during the day I’m pretty no sir if movement causes pain just rest at night I wake up with severe stabbing pain

I am also 2 months post partum and this also my first pilates session and I feel amazing so energized instead of tired, I tried some home moves like a couple bridges here and there but it's definitely easier when you have a voice coaching you step by step
