Version 3 is the only viable option, the other two look like bad jokes. Version 3 has some style and class, looks soooo expensive though, but if money's no object, then that's fine.

Where did the beam go on Hema’s design? It just disappeared with no mention... wasn’t it supporting? I like bits of all of them but not a fan of any entire design

Love, love, love Noz's design!! Very functional and it would feel great to be in that space!

Also really like Kat's design, but i'd feel like i would need to drink scotch and smoke a sigar all day long haha

I wasn't a super fan of Noz's design until the pink lightning. Then I fell in love, it's such a fun room.
But my favorite design was Hema's. What a cozy and cute space! I love what she did with the chimney, sitting area, storage, plants, desk...everything!
I liked how well organized and put together Kat's design looked, but I would get depressed working in a room that dark 😭 Still looked really nice though.

Noz Nowara - No, no & no. How cluttered could you possibly make a space? It looks like a little Barbie obsessed girl overfilled her space without any knowledge of how or intention to use the space.
Kat Bell - Yes. 9.5/10, and not a 10 only because there is always room for improvement.
Hema Persad - OK. 8/10. Loved the greenery.

Noz is BACK!

Not impressed with either designer, but if i had to choose, it would be Hema!

Watching Noz step her game up over this AD series has been a joy!

Once again Noz knocks it out of the park. Love her her creativity is brilliant

Oh dear. This time nothing really speaks to me. I like that Noz covered the floor with that transparent, see-through material. But that's just about it. If only Kat's design were a little lighter, brighter, I would go with her approach.

I love Noz's design here because it feels very cohesive.
I love the way she made the chimney wall a cool focal point for the space.
This is the kind of office that would generate creative ideas.
All in all, well-done!!!

I love Kat's design and its warmth

No matter how these rooms end up, I’m just hoping they get some fiberglass insulation over that bare concrete brick wall and plywood roof, because otherwise the room will be a nightmare to be in during the winter regardless of how cozy it looks 😅

The first episode where I love all of them.
Hema wins for me, I didn't think I'd like it but she brought it all together. Noz and Kat were on different ends of the spectrum but both so cohesive and well executed. Great episode.
(Also AD, we need these videos weekly please.)

I always love Noz's creativity. I don't know how the designers do this without any constraints/client personas. Kat's design was the frontrunner for me until the end when Hema added plants. Wow! So inspiring. I'm off to buy some plants 😆

So happy to see this series again, and with new faces! Gotta love Noz though, I always look for her in space savers videos ❤.

Kats design is the best one for me; very well put together. Hema's is a nice getaway space. It's lacking cohesiveness. That table begs for chairs. No zen. Naz's space is a bit too crazy cluttered. That desk eats it up like a river. Overall, a very interesting show. Thank you!

It Hema for me, but loved Kat's too. And Roz, you're not my style, but I hope you never change. You give me joy.
