I'm autistic and I knew within less than a minute of watching the video on this case by Explore With Us that he was autistic(being literally obsessed with 'My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic', rocking back-&-forth, wearing multiple layers of clothes due to his skin being sensitive to certain types of fabric), in addition to having OCD(which I also have and which very commonly co-occurs with autism) and being mentally ill. It's so obvious! How in the actual f@@@ did he not get an autism diagnosis and why in the actual f@@@ did so many people ignore the tell-tale signs that he was dangerously mentally ill?!
