Fzrox is one of my favorites
Ответитьgreat video but i would of also liked a part on international diversification the usa is big but not the entire world if you only invest in the usa you are not doing diversification optimally
maybe Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF would be a better one to buy and hold forever?
Great video. Love your insight
Ответитьif you open the account as an IRA; however (preferably a Roth IRA), the minium investment drops to $1K
ОтветитьIts a 3 star. Best buy fxiax it's a 5 star and better than vanguard
Ответитьwhy not VSMPX, identical fund with less expense ratio.
ОтветитьCan Canadians invest directly into VTSAX? Where?! How?! :)
ОтветитьI'm retiring next month and have a million dollars. Do you think this is a good fund for me to invest in and live off the gains?
Ответитьvgt without a doubt #1
ОтветитьI got this stock in 2021 for about $115, I haven't seen any return since and don't know if I will. I, unfortunately, bought it at its peak ever.
ОтветитьRead a book about retirement on autopilot; and it basically said just buy VTSAX.. and I have moved everything to Vanguard and just put it all on VTSAX.
ОтветитьIs it ok to invest VTSAX in a taxable account?
ОтветитьWhat about the VTSMX
ОтветитьAll this useful information! I take notes everyday with things related to Real Estate, Investing, Tax-Write Offs, etc and you've helped me alot with mostly Investing! Thanks!
ОтветитьI'm European. How the hell I put my money on that? Is there an app?
ОтветитьInflation depreciates idle money. I'm in a privileged position to be able to save almost 65% of our net household income, as I placed it on safer investments. The key for us was not spending beyond our means. If you invest and have other sources of income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends. Got north of $520K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I'm buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further.
ОтветитьI keep on reading how great vtsax is. But never why is it doing so bad right now? Any insights will be helpful.
ОтветитьI have it in my Roth IRA.. 307 shares! :D
ОтветитьThe only problem .if you you invest with this today you could lose 1/2 by next year. The only way to make money you have to keep it invested for 30 years. Unfortunately we don't know if we gonna live 20 or 30 years from now only God knows that. Yes your money could double few times but a house that cost 1 million dollars today may cost 3,4 or even 5,6 million 30 years from now.
ОтветитьDo people own both total and S&P500?
ОтветитьETF?
ОтветитьGreat video thank you. Any thoughts on Vanguard LifeStrategy 80% Equity UCITS ETF EUR Acc? Dubai-based investor looking to retire in Europe.
ОтветитьExcellent video. Very informative!
ОтветитьThank you for this video! I enjoy your videos a lot. Clear & Concise !
ОтветитьLove your videos! Agreed the VTSAX is an incredible Index Fund. Question, I can get Schwab's SWPPX identical holdings for 60.01 where as the VTSAX is 95.22. Percentages of holding very close as well.....is SWPPX the same buy?
ОтветитьBogle didn't need 8 Billion dollars...nobody on earth needs that. 80M is more than enough. 20M is more than enough. 10M is more than enough. 5M is more than enough....you get the point
ОтветитьI use fidelity vtsax has higher transaction fee. Is there any other equivalent fidelity fund.
ОтветитьWhat do you think of VTWAX compared to VTSAX? Thank you!
ОтветитьSomething I am curious about. I have a Roth IRA with my bank that I can trade through fee free and buy Vanguard stock. Is there any downside to me continuing to use my regular bank IRA as opposed to opening an IRA or a securities account directly through Vanguard.
ОтветитьDo you have a video on Principal? I’m starting my company 401k and that’s who they use. Any help would be appreciated.
ОтветитьWhat is the equivalent ETF to VTSAX?
ОтветитьMaybe a dumb question, but if active management isn't able to reliably beat the average, why is there an entire, massive industry of fund managers and traders out there actively picking stocks? What is the point of them? Is their career secretly worthless?
ОтветитьVTSAX is a good long term investment, but the most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies
ОтветитьVTWAX/VT Are much better investments
ОтветитьSorry for a newbie question but, why is this favorable over VOO? Is it just to have exposure to smaller companies?
ОтветитьI like your presentation and content very much! I am very grateful for the advice that you share as well.
ОтветитьLove VANGUARD!. Very honest...
ОтветитьGood commentary. I follow this advice for many years.
ОтветитьWhen I was looking through it, vti returns were slightly higher. We aren’t taking anything huge but maybe .2% more consistently over time
ОтветитьI don’t know, VTSAX has not been doing great for last year and a half.
ОтветитьThere is such a thing as over-diversification. I personally follow Warren Buffet’s 20 stock rule and have beat the market choosing high-quality companies I want to hold for 5+ years.
ОтветитьThis was so nicely presented - thank you!
ОтветитьDon’t be a fool buying into this etf. This etf has been losing money in the last 5 years. Get vpu instead.
ОтветитьYou don’t like VTI???
ОтветитьGreat video! This was refreshing.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьHmm, VTSAX huh? Very interesting sir.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this great information
ОтветитьBaron Rothschild once said: "Buy! Buy! When the blood is running in the street!" In other words, when the market takes a serious downward dump, DON'T panic and pull your money out; instead, start shoveling money in. Buy LOW, sell HIGH. All it takes is nerves of steel, but it works! I've been doing it for years, it got me a house in Florida!
