ONLY thing I can figure is they want to force you to bring your car to the dealership for service. They can get more money out of you that way. It's kind of like taking the roof off your house to replace a ceiling light! Makes about as much sense as putting the fuel filter inside the gas tank. I'm with you, Scotty! GRRRRRRR!

I have a 2010 Tundra 4.6 V8 but the fuel filter is built in the pump bc I went to O'Riley and they said it was built in and my friend got me a discount for $200 off. So I'm pissed that I have to pull the gas tank down 😂

I have my ford fiesta 2017 run for over 46 thousands miles, and I was glad to send it to my mechanic for easy replacement and installation of new one, only to find out him saying he is too busy dissecting my car and should rather go to Ford company in my local area, which will not bother visiting anywhere soon

Hi there Scotty been having issues with my 2009 Dodge Journey 3.5L v6 sxt I have replaced alot so far since I’ve acquired this vehicle which includes intake manifold, calipers, battery, alternator,tires, flex pipe and even a outter tie rod etc. but it still doesn’t seem right it jerks forward every once in awhile and has a squeak in the front tire and radiator hose is cold and squishy what could be the problems causing these issues and am I missing something else that could be a big problem any suggestions

wow... The fuel pump/filter is in the back to keep it away from the hot combustion engine in the front incase of an accident. I honestly thought that was just common sense to know that, but ok.
