Hi there. We are driven very much by client communication e.g. as per your examples of adding emails to Tasks/To Do. However, if that requirement is part of a "project" in Planner, there appears to be no way to copy/sync/send the Task to Planner? You can set things up in Planner and add to To Do but not the other way around?

You just Microsoft Whiteboard my friend. I have a "How to do it" question. I have Surface Pro 8. But, I like to do my Zoom meetings on my big computer screen instead. During the Zoom meetings, sometimes I want to explain with my handwritten notes and drawings. If I write on Whiteboard on Surface, how can I show my notes, live, on my computer screen?

What I missing is copy past content from one whiteboard to another or just copy one whole whiteboard. Or do you have a work around? Fir example I made a whiteboard and wanted to add it to an meeting, but this order I couldn't.

How to change the Text font size in the note pad?

Whiteboarding and annotation are terrible within MSFT Teams. The update has been delayed, but is sorely needed--especially to bring in external users.

Hi Leila, thank you for the video. I am moving from Mural to Whiteboard and I am a little frustrated with Whiteboard. The stickynotes have very limited functionality. I can write as much as I want in a stickynote but only a portion of the text is visible. I tried to work around this by increasing the size of the stickynote but this doesn't solve the problem because the text increases in size as well. I can not find any way to size the text independent of the size of the stickynote either - this is the first Microsoft product I've worked with where I can size the text. I was wondering if you might have a work around. I did a google search and I am seeing many other people that are frustrated with the same issue. Thanks for your help.

Great video. WB goes in a pretty much needed direction but they're so far away from apps like Good Notes, which makes it unusable in my working environment for the time being
