ОтветитьCongrats, JD! Knew you would get it done! Gonna have to ball with ya sometime soon!
ОтветитьThe car they gave me stank of cigarette smoke, not even because I put deodorant on it got better.
The person who talked to me at NO time during our conversation prior to giving me the car informed me about the fees that I would have to pay if I put my dog in the car. So when I got to return it they told me that I had to pay $ 100 to have it cleaned, or I could go wash the car myself and remove all traces of dog hair, obviously, I did not have the time to wash their car at that moment, so I told the person that I was ok with the fee because I had no other option. If they would have told me this, I either would have not put my dog in the car or have it clean before returning it
To top it off, my wife left her wallet with cash in the car, $ 480 ($ 400 in $ 100 bills) to be exact. The same person who received the car called me after a few minutes to inform me that I should go and pick it up, so I did, I was not aware of the contents of my wife's wallet, so I did not check it and I assumed that everything was fine, then, back at our house my wife checked her wallet and realized that the $ 100 bills were missing, that is, $ 400 in total, I called the office and told the person who picks up the phone what had happened and he contacted his manager, and then this guy tells me that nobody had access to the wallet except for the person who received the vehicle and that this person had not taken anything out of the wallet, therefore he told me that they could not do anything about it and I hung up. This person was completely rude and didn't help me solve anything.
So, NO, I WILL NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND I WILL TELL ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I KNOW HOW THIEVES THEY ARE
