In its current state, this video, with the out of sync audio that sounds like a computerized text to speech voice, is difficult to follow and is torturous to watch. I’d also change the click bait title to something that is much more appropriate and accurate.

I have never used these exercises, but I keep in shape physically and mentally by dancing 4 to 5 times a week all the ballroom dances, plus salsa, bachata, swing, cha cha rumba, hustle Argentine tango. It also stimulate my brain to remember all the different steps, rhythms timing, lower and upper body action of each dance. I am socializing and enjoying my like while exercising.
ОтветитьWould love for you to use someone in there 70’s to do those exercises most people have a hard time standing . Have a person for the first few times put the back of a kitchen chair to stable self.

ОтветитьYou don't burn very many calories walking and you don't build any strength in any other body parts. Even the legs don't very strong.
ОтветитьAm 60... Walk about 20m/32k.. Ride about the same and at the gym 3/4 times a week. Can still bend over and put my fingers tips under my toes....Feel really good for my age

ОтветитьThere is a 70-something who went from pot belly and weak to nicely muscular and no longer weakened. Since he was able to get his muscles back in use, anyone can, too. Never believe it is over.

I did 10 exercises that each added 5 years to my life and I went from being 55 to 105. The esteemed Doctor did me no favors.
