While taking Qm Trades, i have 3 min confirmation but still made loss in many QM trades, in those cases trend is against me, is it compulsory to take QM trade with trend only...

I thank you very much for sensitizing us on all the concepts so far. Pls I am using iq option platform and there is no letter 3 for candle time frame on the platform. Only 5 sec, 10, 15 secs, 1 min.2min, 5 min, etc. Now it is difficult for me to use higher time frame of my choice for QM confirmation. Doctor, what can I do? Always yours.
