But, but, but... Pavel says..
ОтветитьWhat’s your thoughts on double kettlebell workouts with mismatched bell weights?
ОтветитьIt great you put no1 at no1, too many people are avoiding heavier training.
ОтветитьAgreed on that last one, and I would that they're not that great if you're advanced, as the amount of work is meh. As for the increasing of weight, it's easy for the grindy lifts, but when it comes to KB specific lifts, adding weight can be very difficult. That's why I say if your goal is to get big, you need to focus on barbells. But, I love KB training still, even though I've reduced my use to once per week at most, as it comes inflicts with the barbell training recovery, at least for me.
ОтветитьMinimal program 4ever 😆
But all kbomg rules!
Oh, I agree with ALL of them!! Esp. No. 10! 😀
P.S.: Going up from 24kg to 32kg is a 33% jump, not 50%...Just sayin'... 😛
But……my two “kettlebell gods” are you and Levi!!!!!
ОтветитьThat Bonus point needs its own video. I assumed simple and sinister was simplified as an intro to kbs for us busy people.
ОтветитьDouble kettlebell training has made me ‘denser’ (hopefully not mentally!) through my whole body whilst still keeping me quick. I still believe that for absolute top end max strength barbells are more effective, but kettlebell training has got me functionally stronger, allowed me to increase muscular body weight and yet kept me quick and mobile. Barbells had a tendency to grind me down and make slower as I got older.
