My first day of class will start 4 days from now. I’m so freaking nervous, that’s why I decided to listen to this motivational video. But I’m scared cause only two words from my old friends can destroy me. That I’m fat. I hope this still motivates me

Self confidence is about going on your own personal journey of self discovery to be and see the best parts of yourself to multiply the strength you have and discover the strength you didn’t know was there, be unapologetic about the beautiful person your becoming, because some people will be disappointed that you found out your greatness because you now see there weakness, happy journey 🙏🏾

Been trying to quit smoking and everytime I try it's a fail , I've done everything on my check list which is alot except this and my anxiety and depression are getting worse n worse and I'm slowly losing more self confidence by the day , I listen to one of these videos every morning after I wake up , someone help me .
