In this event, we discussed the facilities data and recommendations in the California Early Care and Education Master Plan. Released in December 2020, the plan is a comprehensive roadmap for California to accelerate the Governor's goal of providing universal preschool and action steps to increase access to affordable, high-quality child care that embraces the strengths and meets parents' and young children's needs.
