Instead of the last extension, I use Auto Backticks. Just turns " " or ' ' into ` ` if you type ${ inside a string. Only for JS unfortunately, but still really nice to just have it happen without any shortcuts or anything.

Couldn't find the Toggle Quotes extension on the store vscodium uses :\

From the content standpoint you did a great job , but instead of showing that console ninja right at the beginning u might have given a sneak peek of it and put it in the last so that u get some audience retention, anyways good job
