ОтветитьThis is utterly ridiculous. Cutting a fish like that on the floor where everyone walks. That meat is already full of everything bad for you. Stupid people not knowing what they are doing at all.
ОтветитьOhh!!!... what a magnificent fish!... and she was a hard fighter , judging by the amount of "cooked "blood in the meat... back in the eighties I was a commercial fisherman on a long liner and we were catching them off the Grand Banks, Georgia Banks and PR... It was a hard job but we were paid excellent money back then... 1980... today sword fishing longlining and tuna fishing are not the same ...:-)))))))

ОтветитьHow long does it take to become a master carver of giant tuna? The product is very expensive and I'd think the Carver must be cognizant that each cut and slice must preserve as much of the quality cuts and filets as possible. These cutters are magnificent.😊
