23% of the South Korean population are Christians and that is a significant chunk of the population so I’m not too surprised that so many Koreans have adopted really conservative views on homosexuality. They’re spewing the same talking points against LGBT people as the religious fanatics here in the United States!

Just don’t try so hard as Western sexual minorities to tear down gender roles and I support it.

Many people in south Korea have more ego because they have so many k-pop group and good education and many toxic beauty standard they represent and show themselves smart and open minded and many people when they have to support someone from LGBTQ community they try to act friendly and tell LGBTQ community related person oh you are not gay you are just psychology unhealthy please show your self a psychiatrist and don't spoil our country heritage . according to me it is just a double standard and in other words two faces people or sweet toxic posion ...and reality broke my heart really ...... I am also sorry if I hurt someone felling but it hurts to watch what is actually they think about LGBTQ community people...

The women talking about " healthy values " sure is not even following those " healthy values " herself as she is putting so much effort to create hate towards others and also putting innocent kids (who doesn't understand anything in that particular society about love and sexualities and everything that is about sex and romance ) spread hate as well when they literally do not know what is the whole event about and also hate isn't part of " healthy values " as it is not contributing to make the world a better place and also spreading hate like this is useless as it is a waste of time and it brings negativity to oneself and to the society ! What i wanna say is you may not accept lgbtqia+ people and be homophobic and hate all you want but you can't tell people what to do and not do and also brain wash other people close to you to spread hatred towards people who only want to love and who are not influencing anyone in a bad way and also i hate when the medias just always go on the politicians side and show what the politics wants the society to see ! by that i mean how they only show the negative aspects of this whole queer parade and make use of probably the same bad pictures that they once took god knows when and spread it all over media yearly as those events happen ! i'm so disappointed in these " close minded " countries like we are in 21st century and do we really still not have peace ? will we ever ?? because of people spreading hatred we always will not be living in a world where everyone is living their own life without having to explain why they choose to live such a live ? it is so unfair because we don't owe anyone anything and people still to this day treat us like we commit crimes !! ..... If you have so much time on your hands well go protest to the real criminals who commit rape , murder, etc ..... we didn't even do such tremendous things so what are we held accountable for ??

Dude it's embarrassing af to show your face in front of thousands of people and camera and make it clear you protest against something that is natural since human kind exist same as animal kingdom to this day, what does homosexuality do to you? They wear clothes just like everyone else, they really wanted to make any type of excuse to protest against homosexuality, what a pathetic excuse of people

I’m a transgender woman from south Korea. When I was 11, I was bullied and rejected from my friends and family. I went to church to seek someone can understand who I am because I had no where to lean on and I thought I was the only person being trans since there were not much information about trans could find back then. And I still vividly remember what pastor at that church said. “If you keep living like this, you will go to the hell when you died” I still feel the sounds of evil when I close my eyes and recall that memory. Since that, I tried to suicide few times until I was 17 because if no matter what I have to go to the hell, I’d rather suicide and let them know they were wrong. I was young and innocent but dumb enough to not think about the reason why god made me this way and after decades have been past, now I know clearly. God made me this way to let me understand and embrace other people no matter what and whatever the reason.

to sum up, the problem is how they want to impose their religious believes on us!

While i did get a bit annoyed here and there im actually pretty happy and content with the anti gay protesters😌 while i disagree with them, they werent in their faces trying to convert them nor where they yelling or using violence. They were peacefully protesting against it in the same way the queer people where protesting for it. This is exactly how protests should be, respectfully tresting the opposite sides and not being in eachothers faces. Good job korea👏🙌

They were buddhist once converted to Christianity they will convert to a new religion like changing genders it's a universal fact the people who hate LGBTQ doesn't acknowledge there is a explicit number of exponential degree of individual in a large scale who are pro LGBTQ supporters or activists they can't control the hurricane they cannot tie the landslide or even the tsunami it's a natural phenomenon same way what if 98% of Korean male in and out of korea are discovered to be gay what are they the anti LGBTQ activists or groups going to do are they going to kill all the men in Korea or even if 78% of korean women are queer or lesbian are they going to kill or annihilate those women and if the 99.99% of kids or teens in Korea are trans what are they going to commit genocide or mass killing..what are they going to do..do you think the resistance would be like a childs play against these perpetrators but quite the opposite, they would overpower the govt or anti LGBTQ activists..even in kpop kdrama and korean bl drama and queer drama everywhere there are sprinkles of LGBTQ real life individual who are afraid to speak out but truth will be revealed soon or later..there are many korean gay celebrities in and korea..soon you can see gay pornography from korea just like japanese and the asia will be more positive to LGBTQ..what would happen if it is revealed or discovered that the great daddy of all asians genghis khan was gay and he slept with countless men at all times men from all around asia..what would you do you cannot change history..so the day of reckoning is coming the korea will support LGBTQ and become the LGBTQ friendly nation..who will attract LGBTQ couples or spouses from other nations..korea had gay or queer kings in history..so they will acknowledge it hard way and make way for being a pro LGBTQ nation..
