Doing this for 2 weeks
Day 1: it was hard for me so i only did it partly i got so sweaty and exausted but i think this works.
Day 2: i did more today and i feel that i did it more accurately i got less sweaty and less exausted. Also i forgot to say that i added 30 russian twists and like 20 knee push ups for extra weight loss for arms and chest.

Lately i’ve gotten back into fitness and treating my body better. The first three times i’ve done this exercise i had to quit early, either because i’ve gotten sick or because i literally couldn’t continue on. But since then i’ve been not only getting out and walking more, but also improving my diet.
Today i got through the whole thing without extra breaks and i’m very proud of myself.

This is my first time doing this workout and I was sweating after 5 minutes! The only thing that made me keep going was knowing "The results will come. You just have to be patient." Thank you for a great workout!!

Day 1✅
skipped the last few exercises bc my head started aching a little too much but ill try to continue it for the next 10 days

Day 2✅
Even though my whole body still aches bc i exercised after months but today's session was comparatively easier than yesterday's. I even completed the entire exercise, and I'm so proud of myself!!!

Day 3✅: i did it!! one more week to go

Day 4✅: well i had classes all day and i fell asleep when i came home snd when i woke up it was almost 12am so i got to working out as fast as i could, i couldnt put much effort into it since i was already very tired but, tried my best!! And the best part is im already seeing a slight difference!! I js really need to fix my sleep schedule and eating habits. Even though I dont eat much, its very irregular and i never eat on time so that's something i have to start working on

Day 5✅!!! AND IM HONESTLY SOO HAPPY THAT I COULD COME SO FAR, and it was really easy for me to complete the whole workout today!!

Day 6✅ and i couldn't be happier 😭, even tho it felt a little tougher today bc i had a headache( im sick 32 days a month🤗) so yeah but it feels good now that ive completed today's workout!

Day 7- its 1:10am and i feel so sick, i have a fever and im on my period asw but ill try ny best to finish the workout
OMGG I DID IT, IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF, so day 7✅
AND IDK HOW BUT I LOST TWO INCHES OFF MY WAIST😭
Day 8✅( half way through it and it hurts so bad im on my period😭) DONE!!!

I'm a 14 almost 15 year old girl and I go on acrobatics but I eat a lot not healthy exactly things so I'm not skinny but I will try these exercises and gonna post everyday results.
Diet: will start eating 3 times a day healthy meals without any snacks and drink at least 2l of water

Hey there so I will be trying following an everyday routine with rest days and updating as much I can. I will be doing this combined with a lower abs exercise and a I.F program that I been following for about 5-6 months now:
Weight (kg) now : 79.2 kg, goal is to lose at least 1- 2 in 2 weeks and about 4-5 in a month
Height (cm): 174 cm
Day 1 DONE: Well this definitely is a sweat , but I really enjoyed it. Must say it did not feel as hard as some other hardcore ones that I have tried in the past but that does not mean it did not work as efficiently as the other maybe it did better, maybe not we shall see as time progresses. Now off to do the abs workout!
Day 2 DONE: Today's workout was a little bit harder to finish, just because I am already exhausted, but definitely loved it. Next is abs workout
Day 3 DONE: Omg It's so hot outside which made it even harder to finish the work out but again I really enjoyed it. Abs exercises now
Day 4 DONE: okay I have reached to the conclusion that I HATE everything related to squatting, but the rest of them I am okay with. BTW today I weighted my self and I have reached 78.2 kg, so basically I lost 1 kg in 4 days, but I just think this is water weight I lost mostly.
Day 5 REST DAY: -
Day 6 DONE: God I am exhausted. I am doing these exercise at 12:00 AM and after such a hard day I was contemplating whether or not I should do work out but I am really glad i did. Off to do my abs exercises now !
Day 7 DONE: The exhaustion from school is really getting to me, but I can not give up now that I am half way so I guess got to keep it going
Day 8 DONE: Oof that was really nice to do after a full and hard day tomorrow I will update on my weight. Bye for now
Day 9 DONE: Okay report day. So today that I weighed my self I was at 77.7 kg. I am so happy with the progress I must say that I can both see and feel the difference in my confidence. So ya that's about it today. I am not gonna do abs exercises just because I am feeling really stressed with school and everything so I really need to get some sleep. So goodnight for now!
Day 10 DONE: GREAT WORKOUT AFTER A HARD DAY
Day 11 REST DAY:
Day 12 DONE: I really did not want to but I really should follow the work out with consistency to see the results I want to
Day 13 DONE: That was a handful to do with such a hat weather but I magically managed to pull it off
Day 14 DONE (ALMOST): today I started doing the work out but I gave up half way. Then I started doing the abs workout that I do but again ended it half. I have a really important even to attend tomorrow and I really felt like I did not want to exhaust my self even more. Plus I when to the headdress to do my hair and I don't really think humidity+workout it's gonna be a great combo for my hair. But I will justify my self by saying that half and half makes a whole so I guess I kind did the work out kind of 😅. But tomorrow I am gonna weight my self and update you
Day 15 DONE: SO THAT'S IS THE OFFICIAL END OF THE 2 WEEKS WORKOUT. IT WAS REALLY GREAT AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. SO LETS DO A LITTLE UPDATE
Weight: 77 KG
So I have officially lost 2.2 kg in the past 2 weeks and I can absolutely feel and see the difference. I am way more confident than I was when I started and it's showing.
In conclusion I would totally recommend this workout programe . However I would also suggest doing an upper core work out and follow a healthy but not restricting diet. But anyhow... This is defenately not the end of following work out programmes. So stay tuned 😊

i just wanted to thank you lily for putting in modification exercises. ive grown so much in my fitness journey and i wanted to thank you for giving modifications because its such a simple thing to do and yet it really has a huge impact as it means i can still get through the workout even if i am sore from another one. thank you lily, for making cheiving my fitness goals that much easier!

Doing this for 14 days :)
Weight: 61kg. Height: 171cm
day 1: it feels ok, since I've tried to do this for 2 weeks in the past (but failed), I definitely felt the burn
day 2: I felt the exercises in the beginning were easier than yesterday, but I Still didn't manage to do 45 seconds of the exercises near the end, very sweaty afterwards
day 3: felt the burn a little more today than in the past few days, but I really need to change my diet, since it's been all over the place.. I'm thinking of having 3 meals a day, no snacking and we'll see how it goes
day 4: I felt the exercises were easier to do this time and I began sweating towards the middle of the workout (rather than in the beginning).. I only ate 3 meals today which I'm proud of :)
day 5: it felt a lot easier today and I noticed i started sweating later in the workout (that squat and then on your knees exercise is killing me still)... today I ate 2 portions of lunch at 3pm because I didn't have time to have breakfast and then I had a little snack for dinner.. I'd say I did pretty good :)
day 6: i did sweat a bit more today than yesterday (it's probably because i worked out in antother room but idk) I managed to do 30 sec of the knee-to-squat excersise without any 2 second break which is good...i did the workout in the morning today so I can't really tell u about the meals..i had breakfast and I will have a lunch and dinner :)
day 7: I did 45 seconds of EVERY EXERCISE which I'm super proud of...but I did eat a bunch of snacks today other than my 3 meals...im not super proud of that, but at least I got a good burn..i also did the workout at 10 PM today so yeah... sweating like crazy
day 8: I only managed to do the first 3-4 excersises today, because I was super busy
day 9: really had to fight today..felt like giving up a bunch of times but I managed to push through..so glad to be back to the full workout
day 10: the workout was ok today... I didn't manage to do 45 sec of all of the exercises..the knee to squat, shoulder taps and last exercise are the hardest for me..the rest I can do for 45 sec...as for my eating habits.. I'm almost where i want to be... I just need to figure out the time when I have to eat each meal.. that's about it
day 11: I did the workout at 10 PM today...so proud of myself for not giving up...3 days left of this challenge...i feel better in my body... I think I see some change at my calves (my legs are where I gain the most fat) so that's amazing... I'll tell u about my weight on day 14..but I'm really pleased with how this workout has made me feel
day 12: wow.. I felt the burn again today, especially on those core exercises... I'm going to be doing this workout for 15 days, because on day 8 I only did the first 3 exercises and I really want to do this correctly
day 13: I didnt do the workout today :( will ad another day to this challenge so it will be untill day 16
day 14: it was super hard today but I pushed through it

Trying this out, seeing if it works for me.
measure of progress is through pictures. I have pictures of front, back and both sides, well see if there are any visible changes.

day 1: just getting the hang of it it wasnt too hard nor was it easy i did sweat a lot though.
day2:was harder than yesterday, still pushed through, body hurts a little.
day 3: was very easy today, even had energy to do more but stopped for sake of progress
day 4: went for a 45 min walk before this so was already pretty sweaty, a lot easier for some reason today, but was also first day of period so it was more tiring, if that makes sense.
day 5: got tired very easily, was harder for me but not as hard as the first time, didnt sweat as much as i wanted
day 6: Everything hurt like 5x worse but i didnt sweat as much but my heart is throbbing and my body burns which is a good thing
day 7:missed today due to unfortunate circumstances, will do double tomorrow and extra day.

I've always hated my body and I've tried multiple times to change it but I've found it so difficult and I've tried to accept my body. I still can't love my body but now I WILL ACHIEVE THIS GOAL! One of the things that Naruto taught me is to NEVER GIVE UP!!

My body goal is from 230lbs to 146lbs. I want to make change since covid held me back and I never thought to workout again. Since I went from 160 to 207 during covid and gained more since... my normal weight is supposed to be 150 so I just want to go a tiny bit under. I will do this work out every day for a year and since I sweated a lot I have no doubt that this will really help me lose weight. Thank you❤😭

Doing this for 20 days. My diet is no additional sugars and no dinner
Im 45kg and i want reach 40kg.
Day 1: done✅️. Weight 45. Im sweating. My legs hurtttt. My heart pulse is litteraly⬇️⬆️⬇️⬆️
Day 2: done✅️. Weight still 45 . Im exaust but i feel a little bit better that yesterday. But during the night my legs hurt me badly and now (that it's 11) in the morning I can't even get down to get anything.
Day 3: done✅️. Weight 44.5. Im happy. I know its only 0.5 kg but If I continue like this I will really lose weight. Im sweatinggggg and Im breathing out loud
Day 4: done✅️. Yesterday I didn't because I was away from home all the time, so I'm catching up today. im sweating but i feel better that the day before yesterday
PS: I no longer update the weight because my scale is broken 😢
Day 5: done✅️. Im sweating but I'm not tired. I think that's a good sign. but today I really struggled to do the "Toe reaches".
Day 6: done✅️. I can really see difference. My thighs and my chest are smaller. it was really hard to do squats today. the other days I did them without problems but today I was about to die
Day 7: done✅️. My sister did it with me. She is dying.

Doing this for 14 days
Day 1- ✅ it burned. And was pretty hard. I couldn’t do most of the exercises ‘properly’. But I got through it with only like an extra 10 second break. It felt really good doing it. It was hurting a bit later. I didn’t sweat too much.
Day 2- ✅ it felt good! I felt like giving up half way. But went through with it. Was sweatier today. It felt a bit harder and it def burns but not as much as yesterday. My form wasn’t very good but I tried as much as I could to not do the modifications.
Day 3- ✅ It was so good. It felt shorter. And I was able to do the excercises more properly today. Was sweating more. And it doesn’t burn as much. I took an extra 10 second break but went well otherwise.
Day 4- ✅ I am so sweatyyy. It felt short and long today at the same time. I lost 2 cm on my waist and a cm on my thighs. Along with this I have been doing the 5 minute stomach workout for the past four days. And today I started the lower belly 8 minute workout. It burned alotttt today.
Day 5- I was realllly sick so I couldnt do it. I hope to do it tomorrow!
Day 6- ✅ my kneeeeesss were dead. I sweated. I didn’t do it too well. But I was also exhausted with the previous workouts so I was already dead
Day 7- ✅ sweated a lot today. Was a bit easier. Felt good . Didn’t burn as much
Day 8- ✅ felt lazy today and didn’t feel like doing it. I still did it and I feel better. It was a bit easier
Day 9- super busy so I couldn’t do it
Day 10- I am really busy for a few days so I don’t think I can do it
Day 11- I was super tired
Day 12- I was really sick and didn’t have any energy left hope to do it tom
Day 13- ✅ Ngl it felt a bit easier. I thought it would feel longer
Day 14- didn’t do it cause I was super tired.
Day 15- ✅ DID IT! didn’t feel like but still did it. 5 more days left! ( I do plan to continue it after the 14 days)
