Issue in this model:
This @Panasonic AC model has defected timer. Off timer doesn't work as expected. I have demonstrated it in attached video. Panasonic support team already tried replacing Remote and then PCB but isuue still exists. Which concluded it is defect in the model Series. @Panasonic please resolve the issue or please provide replacement with defect free device.

#Panasonic #AC 2024 Series has a manufacturing #defect in it's off timer. It works as expected for very first time and doesn't work from 2nd time onwards (but remote indicates off timer set as active). This AC fails to reset the timer value/status when it reaches the set off time.

I highlighted this issue to @PanasonicIn in very first week of purchase. Earlier they agreed that it's a bug/defect and they will provide the solution for sure. They tried to reset the Remote and PCB, then they tried replacing Remote, then they tried replacing PCB. But after doing all of it the problem still remains as it is.
Now after 50 days, they are saying they can't do anything about it. And trying to convince me why do I need to set off timer multiple times.
Basically they are saying, all their AC from 2024 are designed in way that we need to reset the timer manually (by remote) before setting off timer everytime and it's not a bug.
I told them that 99.99% AC has this feature and it works as expected for all other ACs even if we consider older ACs. (excluding Panasonic 2024 Series) but now they are saying they won't be doing anything about it and I have to live with this defect as it is.
So called reputed brand like Panasonic makes such Faulty product and then doesn't even own their mistake and then expect their customer should accept the faulty product and pay for company's mistake.
How correct is this?
I don't know why but these days big giant like #Panasonic don't belive in owning their mistakes and customer satisfaction.
Many of you must be using off timer feature for devices like AC. Let me know if you guys ever faced such issues??
And those who are planning to buy AC in this summer season, I suggest please check it, try hands on and then only put your money for that device.
I have wasted money on this faulty product.
Go through the video and if you think you can live with such issue then only think about buying #Panasonic 2024 Series #AC otherwise you have plenty of other options...
I will raise complaint to #consumercare #JagoGrahakJago. Let's see what happens next.
For now I am stuck with this piece of shit...
@Panasonic @panasonicjapan @ChannelPanasonic @PanasonicIn @panasonicmy @panasonicid When we try to set off timer using Remote, your AC doesn't register that off timer instruction but at the same time your remote shows that the off timer has been set successfully. Means remote is showing the wrong status. Your AC and Remote are not in sync.
Still as per your BSM officer #VijayRathore & Area Manager #Imran, it is normal and this is how it is suppose to work and there is no bug at all.
Does that mean your officers are well trained for #fooling customers??
Show some #genuinity, #honesty. #Respect your customers. Put your time, energy and money in improving the product and #service instead of living in #denial state.
People/customers should know about your after sales service and kind of silly response your department head give just to avoid their #responsibilities.
