Yep, Tanner has another Winner. Now if one of the Big Boys would just step up and make some of his Designs for the Masses TO HIS SPECIFICATIONS, then life would be good for the Low Budget People.
ОтветитьHo common my wallet is gonna ask for divorce
ОтветитьLuv this knife the coconuts are in trouble for sure
ОтветитьI'm always wondering about the chill music. Such a great relaxation effect to the vids. What a beast that sword is haha
Ответитьcdawson, that's exactly what I mean. Chris gets Screwed by Schrade, and when he calls them out on it with Proof, he's getting Shunned? Thank God Bark River and LT Wright make some of his work, but I doubt you'll see either of them get Display Racks at Dicks or Cabelas or Bass Pro. H.I.S., yeah, it'd be nice, but I have no problems with Foreign Companies making Blades for the American Market if they follow the Instructions and make what they were hired to do. I have No Problem with Cold Steel's Taiwan Blades nor Condor's South American stuff. In fact, my current Big Blade is a Condor Hudson Bay. Great Knife! Part of the Problem is that the Big Boys already have Good Knives in that Price Point. Take Kabar. Could they make the Vengful 1? For a $100? Yep, not an issue. Of course it would be made of a cheaper Steel, have a cheaper Handle and Sheath, but it would be going up against their Beckers, and why cut into that Profit Margin? So I'm hoping that someone like TOPS or Condor would pick up his designs and make a LOT more of them for a $100 less. Mahalo, my friend. And remember, NO LAVA this time!
ОтветитьGreat video, I have a JX5 and love it! Beat the heck out of mine and loved every minute!
ОтветитьGabe, time to put you on the spot. For opening coconuts, do you prefer your machetes or this Vengeful 1 JX5? Which is easier? Great music, too!
ОтветитьGood looking knife. Would liked to have seen larger lanyard holes, they look a bit small for paracord. Looks like a chopping beast!
ОтветитьGreat video man that knife is badass
ОтветитьYou got eyes! haha never seen them, before. Just the sun glasses..
ОтветитьI love that thing
ОтветитьBlades bounce off coconut husks unless they are VERY sharp and you get the right angle. That's seriously impressive.
ОтветитьBro I'm going broke on all these bark rivers! ha ha great video
ОтветитьNO worries.i will NOT try this at home
ОтветитьCan you try the condor jungolo
ОтветитьCongrats on 5k subs!
ОтветитьGood shot getting the camera with the coconut water. You can tell from your face when you are cutting that you like this knife and have a lot of confidence in it. Thank you for the video, Gabe
ОтветитьThe best
Ответитьwhat did the vengeful 1 cost you
and did you have to buy the sheath separately
nm lol you gave the price later
Ответитьgreat video. i have a fixed blade knife made with D2 steel. is frog lube safe for that type of steel?
ОтветитьGood looking knife! Chris killed it on this one.
ОтветитьSkill
ОтветитьWhen you let the " coconut killer " rip I had to give your vid a thumbs up!
Great vid, thanks for spending my money.
I don't like this sheet it looks to bulky and to big. Plus is not really easy to draw it out because part of the handle is inside the sheet. Overall the knife is good but the sheet is not. The sheet looks like it was over simplified. If the sheet was smaller only to fit the blade with a retainer clip it would make more sense. Also the handle . It would make sense to be made of a material that has more grip for a knife at this size. It looks polished . Hard rubber or wood or micarta would make more sense. This polished handle is excellent for kitchen knife that goes in the dishwasher every day not for a knife used for outdoors. The handle also is missing a guard or restriction to protect the hand of slipping on the sharp edge.
ОтветитьOmg...omg..young coconuts. Best juices And omfg I'm over here like...yeah..there!...I miss the island😟..missed eating everything straight from the tree. Fresh is the BEST! Cool knife. Lol..Thanks
ОтветитьLove it 👍☺
ОтветитьHow does it compare to the Grasso Bolo II? At least on coconuts, if not overall. That's a comparison I'd like to see. Also, how does a machete compare to either (thick vs thin blades for opening coconuts)? Seems the bolo gives more fine control for bushcraft cuts, and the machete would beat both fine control/precise cuts getting close the nut or the membrane just inside it.
ОтветитьGot Two of them. A Green & a Tan handle. Love them both.
Love the sheaths...
Thats a big bad blade. I'm getting one.
ОтветитьGabe do you like this knife better than the Trakker??
ОтветитьHow does it compare to the Jess-X ? I 100% trust Chris Tanner, I just want to know.
Ответитьthis is too powerful for coconut as it has been for heavy hard wood and coconut is mostly soft
ОтветитьYou look like Conor mcgregor but your not a scumbag like he is😀
Ответить
