I love your calm and precise instruction, the slow and natural progression into deeper stretches and the allowance of time to fine tune the pose. No racing = no injuries. ОтветитьIt feels good to see progress: I remember lifting myself off the ground to get at something like a seated staff pose. Now I lean back when we cradle the shins. My IT band and hamstrings thank you!
