ОтветитьLOVE the Wood Thread Spools with the Stenciling... The little furniture cups, I have some and they are shaped just like your marble ones, and are called paint palettes and they're from Germany, made of Porcelain with crazing all over them... I Absolutely Love them. I have a few very small vintage buttons in one.

ОтветитьYou have the best ideas!!
ОтветитьLove the spools
ОтветитьThe “little furniture movers” were actually called casters and were used to put under furniture legs to prevent holes in your linoleum floor.
ОтветитьI paint on canvases. I always try to be sure that they are tight like a drum before I paint. I wet the back like you did, but I also use a hair dryer with the heat to dry the back. That will tighten up the canvas also. Just a little hint in case you come across a canvas that is extra loose and doesn't tighten. You did a fabulous job with the one that you did. I love the results of everything!
ОтветитьLove what you did to the wooden spools ..
