So they just gone act like somebody don't gotta pay restitution for stealing this man watch???
ОтветитьAtlanta metro includes Fulton and that is the City of Atlanta, Cherokee, Cobb, Douglas, Fayette, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Dekalb, Gwinnett, and Forsyth
ОтветитьSell that house
ОтветитьWhere you at cuff boys we need you feds indicted dirk with a 2nd murder for hire
ОтветитьThug should of bounced. Fk that house. He can sell and buy another. He should of went to Miami of somewhere, anywhere but staying In Georgia
ОтветитьI wouldn’t want to live in that state if I went through what Thug went through. Especially for as long as Fani and Love are in office.
ОтветитьThat jail got nothing no the Baltimore City jail
ОтветитьTrump needs to change that
ОтветитьI believed they would be after him asap for a probation violation. They would fabricate their insane stories.
ОтветитьWhat’s going on with his property the seized?
ОтветитьI think that Rico should be only a federal crime.. keep that out of the states hands period
ОтветитьSo how’s he going to get to the airport or arena?
ОтветитьNever thought I would ike a judge, but she really didnt need to do this.
Ответитьcivil forfeiture is used corruptly
ОтветитьYall keep saying thug would've gotten off. Have you all forgotten all the guns and drugs found in his home? He would've ABSOLUTELY gotten found guilty of that, and ahw could've still imposed the same conditions, or worse.
ОтветитьThug was impatient , 15 years probation. I promise you he will end up back in jail !
ОтветитьI'm glad Cuff still updating this case. LEAVE LUIGI ALONE. STOP PLAYIN INTO THE CORPERATE NARRATIVE.
ОтветитьSmh... People need to learn how LAW works. First, you get out of jail the best way you can with probation and all, then you motion the probation. Plain & Simple. He have great attorneys
ОтветитьIf he wants to change his plea to not guilty then they need to start the whole trial over again! No bail 😊
ОтветитьOMGGG @CUFBOYS AND @AVtothe7thPower ... i love it hereee 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьHonestly he won’t have any peace in Georgia ‼️ Cops and the DA are going keep going after him for anything ‼️ That’s why him not being in Georgia is beneficial for him💜
ОтветитьMetro Atlanta the size of NJ.
ОтветитьBy the way I just wanted to say to Cam I love your videos and all the time and effort you put into them you think a lot like I do you're relatable and logical. I'm so grateful I found you I love your page ♥️♥️♥️
ОтветитьWhat good is the federal rules when the feds do not follow the rules. That DOJ manual is just that manual. I have worked on at least a thousand federal cases, and I haven't found one that they followed the rules. I also went through a federal trial myself and witnessed how fed deal from under the deck.
ОтветитьLol department of justice has no law on Justice that they have to follow😂😂!!??Welp!!! that's why the case was a total failure 😂😂😂😂. And more to come
ОтветитьMove on the out side of Atlanta or Columbia sc
ОтветитьThe fact that they let him walk the day he took the plea but wouldn’t give him bond because he was a danger or a flight risk is the biggest injustice in this case. He would’ve rode it to the jury verdict if he had been at home. Getting woken up by jail doors to get shackled up and taken to a courthouse every day and then coming back to the jail environment does not make it a fair trial.
ОтветитьMan if I was Yak especially I’d be PISSED if I just spent over 2 years in jail fighting that case, then get stabbed a day before the verdict, get found not guilty on all charges…and I’m STILL SITTING in jail. I mean WHAT
ОтветитьAshleigh Merchant slayssss. If anyone NEEDS to be accountable to higher ups its the DA in Fulton County holy shit. Very eye opening to realize Fani reports to no one
ОтветитьAshleigh Merchant is a Queen and the GOAT! 🐐
ОтветитьHe can’t leave the state without permission from probation
ОтветитьI agree I think Thug should and after what Fani and Love has put him through should Want to move the heck out of Atlants! They should all pick up and move to sunny Palm Springs.
I realize his friends and all are still in Atlanta, but he's ordered not to have any contact with any of them but again, we have to remember that Atlanta consist of mostly black people and many rap artist get their start there and they are the ones who love him and his music. He's known there so paparazzi is more present there so when he steps out to dine, shop or whatever. He going to have more paparazzi screaming for pictures and fans crowding Tounddand he loved that because it helps his image and to get his name out there on the constant verses if he's living in LA or NY. He's getting older and after what him and the rest of the guys went through, I'm sure he'd through with the gang life and concentrating on his music and career at this point.
He had everything going for himself, touring the world then comes back and feels the need to hang out with his old buddies that are known gang members, people that are selling drugs and 🔫's etc. Even renting a house for the deadbeats to hang around in. He spent alot of money to buy a beautiful home so all those old friends and dealers would have a place to sleep, bag up their drugs, keep their army of 🔫 🔫 🔫 at?? How stupid is that? I think now he realizes just where that got him. He needs to worry about his family and kids. He's getting older and wiser but asking to go right back around that area is stupid imo because Fani and Love are going to be waiting on him to make 1 wrong move and then he's going to be back in jail headed to prison for violating his parole. He's already asking to come back. I'm glad that the judge at least set another 3 years on him but gave him some latitude. I still don't understand why he doesn't take his family and move because the chance of getting tied back up with one of his co-defendants isn't worth the the risk of the rest of his life! NOT sure if he's married and could move his kids that way or if because he's not and the mother or mothers have primary custody preventing him from taking his kids and moving? After what they put him through if I was him and his family I would tell Atlanta to SUCK IT and move to a new state and start over. I pray h doesn't violate his parole because the judge warned him that he'd do the 20 years or more if he did. My prayers are that he does good and has grown up and luve a fruitful life and is a daddy his kids can be proud of and look up to❤ wishing you the best Thug from a Tennessee FAN!!!
Lmao Ashley Merchant is out on bond also right?😅
ОтветитьGeorgia is slimy😡
ОтветитьCome stay here in Colorado?!? Noooooo Cam! In Colorado, u can come on vacation and leave on probation.
ОтветитьHere's how to fix the jail... the. Sherrif, Fani, and guards get to be residents until it's safe.
ОтветитьI honestly hate the whole judicial system it's rigged and really doesn't matter what u did or didn't if your poor your fucked you have money you're fucked as well you will get some kind of better punishment.we can bond our way out of jail but we can't buy freedom. It's all a racket if the gov could gets charged they would be doing life it's structured like mob they commit crimes in the name of law which is gov kick money up break every policy known it's really crazy when u really put thought in it we pay them to do what we fought Britain for
ОтветитьI feel like he shouldn’t have taken the plea deal he was being impatient and I understand that, but he’s worse off now with these probation terms, when he most likely would’ve beat the case. Even 1-3 more months of trail would’ve been worth it to possibly have complete freedom from the system that is praying on him to fail his probation over the next 20 years
Ответить😂 this is why is put Rico charges on trump be cause there no guard rails
ОтветитьNot only did the prosecution do a terrible job, they still won…..
ОтветитьPPL JEFFERY'S MOM IS IN A WHEELCHAIR- HER HEALTH IS UNKNOWN TO ME. IM THINKING HE DOESN'T WANT HER TO TRAVEL TO VISIT HIM. AND UPROOTING KIDS CAN BE DETRIMENTAL TO THIER MENTAL STATE. HE ONLY WANNA USE THAT HOUSE FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS AND HOLIDAYS.
ОтветитьAtlanta metro changes with every US Census. The next one won’t be until 2030, and I hope and pray he can get off probation early, he absolutely should be able to, if he has zero violations, including technical violations, then I could see him being discharged from probation after 5 years. Especially due to the disposition of the case that went to verdict. I don’t know, maybe I’m putting too much faith in Whitaker, but she really did come through in the end, and if we’re being honest, she was fair and she saw through the state’s BS. We were all judge salty the case wasn’t tossed after the ex parte, but although just, I don’t think it would have been proper for her to make that decision. He needs to take his probation to California, bring the family with him, stay out of GA, get a nice probation officer who’ll let things slide, and get through the shortest time possible before being discharged from probation.
ОтветитьAny American that has faith in the criminal justice system is an ignorant fool
ОтветитьQualified immunity is tyranny.
Ответить“Safe Jail” definitely an oxymoron 😂
ОтветитьVideos are great
ОтветитьEasy for us to say Jeffry should have waited. Guess none 9fbyu were in his shoes.
ОтветитьAll that bullshit to cheat their way to trial!!!!
They still lost bad!!!!!!! That’s how bad the prosecution was
Damn!
How embarrassing for those women
Thanks Cam, that RICO scheme is WILD!
